The arcane scepter begins in Darkmountain Tomb. To gain access to the tomb you must pick up the mining pick in the goblin camp of Darkmountain Pass and use it on the rubble further in. Interact with the scepter in the tomb to start the quest.
Walkthrough
- Take one of the nearby entrances to Darkmountain Undercroft.
- Interact with the crystal in the big chamber.
- Kill the imps that spawn.
- A new path has opened up. Follow that and take the first left.
- Interact with the barrel.
- Go back and take a left. Go up the stairs and defeat the imp.
- Go back to where the arcane scepter is placed and interact with it to claim your reward!
