PanRi Free Roam - The Arcane Scepter

This quest starts in Darkmountain Tomb, look for the scepter on the altar

Tip: If the path to Darkmountain Tomb is sealed off by rubble, find the Pickaxe in the Goblin camp nearby to unseal it

Walkthrough:

- Enter Darkmountain Undercroft (any side) and search for the keystone (it will be a blue crystal)
- Clear the path until you reach the Impicus
- Defeat Impicus and obtain the keystone

Upon defeating Impicus, return to the Arcane Scepter in Darkmountain Tomb to complete the quest
