By killing the ghosts they spawn spirits which you should NOT touch. It is recomended to have at least 5 of those floating around before you beat the boss. The Redeemed Spirit is a pet which generates light. You can obtain it in the Sanctum while fighting the blood boss. By killing the ghosts they spawn spirits which you should NOT touch. It is recomended to have at least 5 of those floating around before you beat the boss. If you did everything right, they will float to the altar after defeating the boss and turn into the Redeemed Spirit!
